2024 IAA Transport: Meiller Upholds Diversity Devotion

Meiller, a leading manufacturer of tipper vehicles, is set to display an array of innovative tipper models at the Hannover Messe 2024. The fair, held in Hannover, Germany, will serve as a platform for Meiller to showcase its latest offerings, including the Tectris AK14 tipper, Tectrum RS21.70 roll-off tipper, and the Grandload semi-trailer tipper.

The Tectris AK14 tipper, designed for two-axle chassis of all drive types with a gross vehicle weight of 14 tonnes, is equipped with the i.s.a.r. Control 3 remote control system, simplifying the work process through automated sequencing. The Tectrum RS21.70, on the other hand, is designed for use in cities and residential areas, featuring new low-friction bucket linings and a purely electrically driven chassis.

Meiller's Grandload semi-trailer tipper is weight-optimized, robust, and designed for maximum loading capacity and reliability. The company has also introduced a new crane superstructure concept to meet the increasing demand for tippers with cranes.

A new equipment highlight is the chain flap, which offers a mechanically operated bucket closure. The Tectris AK14 tipper series has been optimized for improved efficiency, with a reinforced loading bridge construction.

Meiller's product portfolio will be showcased, linked with various drive technologies. The company's booth at the Hannover fair is freely available at Stand A01/Q74/R76.

In addition to these models, Meiller will also display the Maxtreme H436 with chain bucket and the Maxtreme P450 for the Chilean market. These heavy-duty rear tippers can transport up to 28 cubic meters and up to 50 tons of heavy material. The new name Maxtreme emphasizes the tippers' robust properties.

Like many other Meiller products, the Tectris AK14 model is cathodically dip-coated for excellent corrosion protection. Meiller has also developed a new rear flap to meet customer demand for an alternative to existing rear wall solutions.

The self-loading and unloading capability of tippers with cranes, such as the Maxtreme H436 and P450, allows for savings in operation. Meiller's patented crane mounting concept, which is welded-free for efficiency advantages and improved surface quality, will also be presented at Hannover.
