A substantial majority, over 90%, of the multi-units dwellings in Yakutsk are heated.
In Yakutia, the heating season has commenced, and according to Aisen Nikolaev, the region's leader, the overall process is proceeding as expected. The majority of multi-apartment buildings in the capital have already had their heat turned on, with over 90% now receiving warmth.
Work is underway to ensure that the remaining less than 10% of buildings will be resolved in the near future. This collaborative effort involves municipalities, resource-supplying organisations, the Ministry of Housing and Utilities and Energy, and Rostekhnadzor. The aim is to obtain readiness certificates for municipal districts and urban circuits.
Despite the progress, no new information was provided about the status of heat in the remaining buildings or the specific challenges they may be facing. Aisen Nikolaev did mention that there are issues with some buildings, primarily related to air bleeding and local problems. He emphasized that these local problems should be addressed by the managing companies on-site.
The energy supply in Yakutia is currently proceeding without restrictions, thanks to an agreement that was reached to ensure its unhindered flow. Regions that initially faced difficulties during the heating season, such as Mirny and Verkhoyansk, have now resolved their issues, and the energy supply is running smoothly.
It's worth noting that the heating process in Yakutia starts unevenly, with some places starting in August and others just last week. Some places in Yakutia had their boilers launched just last week. Aisen Nikolaev also emphasized the importance of ensuring backup power sources are fueled to maintain a consistent energy supply throughout the region.
During a broadcast of the "Direct Conversation" program, Aisen Nikolaev reported that the readiness certificates should be obtained by the heating season. He reiterated his confidence that the remaining issues will be resolved in the near future, ensuring that all buildings in Yakutia will have heat this winter.
