AI company Bitgrit announces the introduction of BGR Network, aiming to make AI ownership accessible to all.

In a significant move, global AI startup Bitgrit has established its Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Foundation in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This decision is driven by the trustworthy and structured regulatory environment provided by ADGM.

Bitgrit's platform, renowned for its contributions to solving problems for institutions like NASA, SoftBank, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, enables businesses to obtain tailored AI solutions via competitions or licensing community-generated models. The company's proprietary GritBox technology maintains data privacy during model training without granting direct access.

The BGR Token, already live, forms the foundation of value exchange within the BGR Network. The economic model of the BGR Token aims for fairness and transparency for both AI creators and businesses. The initiative aims to digitize ownership rights of AI assets, introduce transparent value distribution mechanisms, and create a framework for AI to become a tradable asset.

The BGR Network, an innovative Web3 protocol, aims to decentralize AI ownership, monetization, and collaborative innovation. The technological backbone of the BGR Network is supported by Avalanche, a high-performance blockchain known for its scalability and low transaction costs.

The launch of the BGR Foundation is a significant milestone in shaping a decentralized, transparent, and inclusive digital economy. By anchoring the DLT Foundation in ADGM, Bitgrit intends to leverage Abu Dhabi's robust regulatory framework for emerging technologies.

The Registration Authority (RA) of ADGM acknowledges Bitgrit's move as a sign of growing confidence in Abu Dhabi's regulatory landscape for blockchain and AI convergence. The ADI Foundation, established within the regulatory environment of the Abu Dhabi Global Market in 2021, shares a similar vision. The ADI Foundation aims to develop open, enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure designed to deliver trusted digital systems that empower 1 billion people by 2030, supporting scalable, compliance-aligned systems for real-world deployments across finance, health, and government services.

Bitgrit has entered into strategic partnerships within the ADGM ecosystem, including with Changer.ae for BGR token management. The company, with operations in Japan and the UAE, has cultivated an AI community of over 37,000 developers from 62 countries.

The broader vision of the BGR Network includes fostering global collaboration, equitable AI innovation, and the potential emergence of Artificial Super Intelligence. This development reinforces Abu Dhabi's stature as a global hub for next-generation technologies. The launch of the BGR Foundation is expected to unlock new pathways for AI development and global collaboration.
