Onix Acquires UJET's Professional Services Unit to Boost AI-Driven Customer Engagement Solutions

Onix, a leading data, cloud, and AI solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of UJET's professional services unit. This strategic move aims to enhance Onix's capabilities in delivering AI-driven customer engagement solutions and modernizing enterprise contact centers.
