Initial integration partners include OpenTable and Ticketmaster. The service is currently in an early access phase, with varied user feedback. Some users praise the service while others suggest areas for refinement.
Alexa+ is free for Amazon Prime subscribers and will remain so post-launch. Non-Prime users will incur a monthly fee of $19.99. The service is expected to reach additional Echo customers, Fire TV users, and Fire tablet users in the future. Amazon's generative AI-powered digital assistant already serves over one million users through an invite-only early access program in the U.S. Approximately 90% of the features initially announced for Alexa+ have been implemented.
