Attend IBC 2024 in Amsterdam with Us
At the upcoming IBC 2024 event in Amsterdam, Boris FX will be showcasing new features and tools in their suite at Dell's booth in Hall 7.A45. The highlights include the latest updates to their Continuum and Sapphire product lines, focusing on creative effects enhancements such as improved lens flares, new presets, and advanced VHS Damage and Dissolve light leaks effects.
The Boris FX Suite, which includes Continuum, Silhouette, CrumplePop, Mocha Pro, Sapphire, and Optics, will be on display. The suite emphasizes workflow acceleration and creative flexibility, supporting seamless integration with major editing platforms used in the industry.
One of the key features of Continuum is true 3D particles in Particle Illusion, coupled with over 150 presets. Sapphire's high-end effects collection includes a digital glitch/data mosh effect, cinematic dust, revamped Time effects, and 10 new lens flares. Optics offers 8 fresh creative effects, the ability to mask and isolate Particle Illusion's effects, and 100+ presets based on beauty retouching, digital damage, glows, lens flares, light leaks, and more.
Mocha Pro features an easy-to-use 3D tracking workflow, USD import/export options, and advanced 3D camera solve capabilities. The event will also feature demonstrations of these new tools by Ben Brownlee, John-Paul Smith, Moritz Fortmann, and Boris Yamnitsky. John-Paul Smith, the CEO of Imagineer Systems, and Moritz Fortmann, the product manager for SynthEyes, will be present at the event. Boris Yamnitsky, the president and founder of Boris FX, will also be demonstrating new tools in the Boris FX Suite.
Limited one-on-one demos are available for booking for those who wish to get a closer look at the new features. The event takes place at RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. The event dates are from Friday, September 13 to Monday, September 16. The event times are from 10:30 to 18:00 on Friday, 9:30 to 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday, and 9:30 to 16:00 on Monday.
