Amsterdam, Netherlands, will play host to the much-anticipated IBC 2024 event, where the Boris FX Suite and Dell are set to collaborate and showcase cutting-edge visual effects technology. The event, taking place from Friday, September 13 to Monday, September 16, will be held at RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The collaboration will highlight advanced AI-driven tools, including Boris FX's 3D tracking software, SynthEyes 2025.5. This latest version incorporates AI-based ML Motion Estimation for auto-tracking, direct mesh parenting, and enhanced lens undistortion.

At Hall 7.A45, visitors can expect to witness the integration of AI technologies and powerful hardware, such as Dell's workstations, aimed at boosting efficiency and creativity in professional media production environments. Although specific details about the showcase at Hall 7.A45 are not yet fully disclosed, the context from recent Boris FX releases suggests that the collaboration will focus on demonstrating high-performance computing capabilities paired with Boris FX’s latest AI-enhanced visual effects software solutions.

Several products from the Boris FX Suite will be on display, including Sapphire, which features a high-end effects collection including a digital glitch/data mosh effect, cinematic dust, revamped Time effects, and 10 new lens flares. Sapphire's sister product, Optics, offers 8 fresh creative effects, the ability to mask and isolate Particle Illusion's effects, and over 100 presets based on beauty retouching, digital damage, glows, lens flares, and more.

Two other products using internally developed machine-learning technology are Continuum and Silhouette. Continuum offers a new mograph audio visualizer, true 3D particles in Particle Illusion, and over 150 presets. Mocha Pro, on the other hand, provides an easy-to-use 3D tracking workflow with USD import/export options.
