AvonRisk Expands into Southern States with AS&G Claims Acquisition
AS&G Claims, a leading provider of claims administration services, has been acquired by US-based AvonRisk. The founder, Tom Abercrombie, a UK native, assures customers of continued service excellence.
The acquisition sees AvonRisk expand its footprint into the southern states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. AS&G, under Abercrombie's leadership, brings expertise in workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability, and medical bill review services to the table.
AvonRisk's CEO, Lowell Hays, cited AS&G's high-quality service and expertise as key drivers for the acquisition. Despite the change in ownership, AS&G will retain its name and leadership team, ensuring business as usual for its clients.
The acquisition of AS&G Claims Administration and Care Logic by AvonRisk expands the latter's presence into four new states. With AS&G's expertise and high-touch service maintained, customers can expect no change in service quality.
