Burger King Philippines' 'Real Feels' Campaign Transforms Online Food Cravings into Burgers

Burger King Philippines has launched a unique social media campaign, 'Real Feels', in collaboration with Dentsu Creative Philippines. The campaign, aimed at embracing Filipino food culture, transforms real online conversations about food cravings into actual Burger King menu items. It features chat bubbles resembling burger components and iconic burgers like the Original Whopper.

The campaign, created by Dentsu Philippines, was praised by Kristine Wong, Marketing Head at Burger King Philippines, for the agency's deep understanding of their audience. It stars Gary Amante, who brings the relatable conversations to life. Nikko Borromeo, Creative Director at Dentsu Creative Philippines, commented on the campaign's aim to meet people where they are and celebrate Filipino food culture.

The campaign's success is buoyed by the increasing global interest in food cravings. In 2024, there were over 2.5 million online conversations about food cravings, a staggering 195% increase from 2023.

The 'Real Feels' campaign, launched on Instagram and Facebook, is a testament to Burger King Philippines' and Dentsu Creative Philippines' understanding of their audience and their commitment to engaging with them in a relatable, culturally resonant way. The campaign's success is further bolstered by the growing global conversation around food cravings.
