Business owners in Trans-Baikal are aggressively integrating digital solutions for streamlining their business operations.

In a significant move to support businesses in Zabaykalsky Krai and beyond, Sberbank has developed a free sales management system designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This innovative digital tool, named Giga, was introduced in 2024, with over 200 entrepreneurs in Zabaykalsky Krai quickly adopting it.

The system, which has become a vital tool for optimising business processes, offers a range of features aimed at increasing efficiency, improving customer service, and enhancing decision-making capabilities. These features include inventory management, order management, customer relationship management (CRM), reporting and analytics, and integration with payment systems.

One of the key benefits of this sales management system is the automation of routine tasks, freeing up time for strategic planning and growth. It also enhances customer satisfaction through better order fulfilment and personalised support. Furthermore, it offers data-driven insights to help SMEs make tactical business decisions, reduce operational costs by minimising inventory waste and optimising resources, and helps businesses stay competitive by leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.

According to Igor Tagirov, Deputy Manager of the Chita Branch of the Baikal Bank, Sber's advanced technologies and free analytical tools are helping entrepreneurs increase profits and open new business development opportunities. The system also provides businesses with a tool to enter the public procurement market and participate in tenders.

In the first half of 2025, around 300 more business owners joined the platform, which includes sales analytics, customer base management, and internal process integration. The system also allows businesses to compare their results with competitors and track revenue dynamics.

While specific details about Sberbank's free sales management system would require direct information from Sberbank's resources or official announcements, it is expected that the system would aim to provide these benefits while also integrating with Sberbank's financial services, such as payment processing and credit management, to support SMEs in managing their financial operations more effectively.

This initiative by Sberbank is a testament to its commitment to supporting SMEs and fostering economic growth. As more businesses embrace this innovative tool, it is hoped that it will contribute to the development of a more efficient and competitive business landscape in Russia.

The innovative digital tool, named Giga, developed by Sberbank, not only offers features for optimizing business processes in various industries but also integrates with finance systems to support business management financially. By automating routine tasks, enhancing customer satisfaction, and providing data-driven insights, this technology aims to help businesses in technology-driven settings make strategic decisions, reduce costs, and stay competitive.
