The Unified Requester Experience offers a single, user-friendly interface that allows end-users to initiate access requests from multiple platforms, including the Okta dashboard, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. This unified approach enables administrators to configure access request processes flexibly, using either scalable Request Conditions or customizable Request Flows, without compromising the user's request journey.
For end-users, the Unified Requester Experience simplifies the process of gaining access to necessary tools quickly while maintaining security standards like least privilege. Currently, the Unified Requester Experience is in Early Availability for all Okta Identity Governance customers.
