Cydarm Technologies Appoints Phil Cole as Technical Account Manager

Cydarm Technologies has appointed Phil Cole as Technical Account Manager. Cole brings a wealth of experience in engineering and cybersecurity technical management, having previously served as Principal Security Advisor at Suncorp Group and Team Leader for Security Operations at AusCERT.

Cole's diverse background includes working as a Biomedical Engineer at Queensland Health and within a Human Factors research group. He also spent time at Caterpillar before joining Cydarm Technologies. Based in Brisbane, Cole will apply his security operations experience to support Cydarm customers.

In his new role, Cole looks forward to supporting Cydarm's game-changing case management technology among existing and new partners and customers. His responsibilities will include providing training, building playbooks, and helping customers utilise the Cydarm platform effectively.

With over 20 years of experience, Cole's appointment is expected to strengthen Cydarm Technologies' offerings. Ben Waters, Co-founder and COO of Cydarm Technologies, praised Cole's experience and the value he will bring to the company's growth.
