DailyPay Appoints Nelson Chai as New CEO, CeCe Morken as Board Chair

DailyPay has announced significant changes in its leadership. Nelson Chai has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, while CeCe Morken takes on the role of Board Chair. Chai, who joined DailyPay earlier this year as Executive Chairman, brings a wealth of experience to the position. His impressive track record includes serving as CEO or CFO at prominent firms such as CIT Group and Oppenheimer & Co. He has also held top executive posts at companies like Uber, The Warranty Group, Merrill Lynch, and NYSE, accumulating over three decades of leadership experience. Prior to his appointment, Chai served as Executive Chairman at DailyPay. His predecessor, Stacy Greiner, who helped achieve consistent growth and profitability for the company during her tenure, will continue to serve as an advisor to DailyPay. Greiner's departure paves the way for Chai to drive further expansion and enhance DailyPay's ability to deliver new offerings. DailyPay, the market leader in offering On-Demand Pay, also known as earned wage access (EWA), to employees of its client partners, is expected to benefit from Chai's appointment. On-Demand Pay benefits have been proven to improve employee engagement and retention, a key advantage for DailyPay's client partners. With Nelson Chai's appointment as CEO and CeCe Morken's election as Board Chair, DailyPay looks set to build on its success. Chai's extensive experience and leadership are expected to drive the company's growth and expansion, further cementing its position as the market leader in On-Demand Pay.
