Dubai's Ministry of Finance Holds Innovation Gathering to Pace Up Digital Evolution
During UAE Innovation Month 2025, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) organised an event named "Ministry of Finance Innovates - Innovation Journey" in Dubai. The event served as a strategic platform for unlocking creativity, challenging conventional thinking, and shaping the future of the financial sector.
Younis Haji AlKhoori, Under-Secretary of the Ministry, attended the event, along with assistant undersecretaries, department directors, employees, and strategic partners. AlKhoori highlighted the significance of innovation in shaping the future of public finance, reaffirming the ministry's dedication to cultivating a future-ready work environment driven by fresh ideas and digital solutions.
The event aimed to foster creativity, encourage knowledge exchange, and accelerate technological advancements within the financial sector. It featured the launch of the "Innovation Experience Journey," an interactive initiative designed to stimulate creativity through five key stages.
The five key stages of the "Innovation Experience Journey" guide participants from exploration to implementation, using hands-on activities and gamified challenges to transform ideas into actionable solutions. Fatima Yousif Al Naqbi, Acting Assistant Under-Secretary for the Support Services Sector, emphasised that innovation is an ongoing mindset embedded in the Ministry of Finance's culture.
