Edison Partners Announces Promotions to Boost Investment and Marketing Capabilities

In a move to bolster its investment and marketing capabilities, leading growth equity firm Edison Partners has announced a series of promotions. The promotions aim to combine growth capital with operational expertise to effectively support the firm's portfolio companies.

Chris Sugden, Managing Partner at Edison Partners, made a statement about the promotions, emphasising the importance of people in Edison Partners' strength. He highlighted that each promoted individual has demonstrated talent, drive, and impact that defines Edison Partners' culture.

Shelby McKeown, promoted to Senior Associate in the investment team, will focus on originating and executing investments in Financial Technology and vertical SaaS sectors. McKeown supports all phases of the investment process, including analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution. She actively works with portfolio companies like NPHub.

Felix Rauch, promoted to Senior Associate, will concentrate on Healthcare IT and vertical SaaS. Rauch has previously contributed to Fingercheck, 120Water, and Seismos. The specific details about his area of focus were not given explicitly, but his promotion was acknowledged publicly in July 2025.

Nonnie Egbuna and Hannah Kenney have been promoted in the value creation and marketing functions, respectively. Egbuna will lead content strategy for Edison Edge, the firm's value creation platform, while Kenney, as Marketing Manager, is responsible for digital content, event programming, and podcast development.

The promotions also aim to invest in Edison Edge, the firm's value creation platform, and provide greater support to Edison Partners' portfolio companies. The promotions are a reflection of Edison Partners' commitment to developing high-performing leaders.
