In a collaboration that celebrates the fusion of virtuosity and innovation, Charvel Guitars has launched its latest seven-string model, the Angel Vivaldi Pro-Mod Nova-7 NAT. This premium signature guitar, designed in close partnership with celebrated guitarist Angel Vivaldi, offers a blend of premium materials, advanced hardware, versatile pickups, and ergonomic design, catering to modern shredders seeking instruments suited for complex playing styles across multiple genres.
The Charvel Angel Vivaldi Pro-Mod Nova-7 NAT boasts a modified Dinky-shaped body made from caramelized basswood, adorned with a flame maple top and three-ply body binding. The natural finish is complemented by striking gold hardware, adding a touch of elegance to the instrument. The guitar sports a tilt-back reverse seven-string Fender Stratocaster style headstock, providing optimal string tension and aesthetic appeal.
The neck is a bolt-on caramelized maple neck with graphite reinforcement for stability, featuring a satin finish on the back and a sculpted heel for easy upper fret access. The 12"-16" compound radius maple fretboard hosts 24 jumbo frets and Cascading Black Dot inlays, with Luminlay side dots for shred-friendly visibility. A Gotoh locking nut and a heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel ensure a smooth setup and easy tuning.
Dual humbuckers, consisting of DiMarzio's "The Tone Zone" 7-string model at the bridge and DiMarzio Air Norton 7™ at the neck, provide a versatile, modern tonal palette. The guitar also features single Volume and Tone controls, a five-way switch, a Gotoh GE1996T Series double-locking floating bridge, and Charvel-branded die-cast tuners.
