Battlefield 6 Beta Details Revealed

Get ready, gamers! The highly anticipated Battlefield 6 is set to enter its beta phase, and here's what you need to know to secure your spot.

Firstly, the beta rewards vary depending on the weekend you play. Participating in the first weekend will earn you the Seeker Soldier Skin, All Terrain Soldier Skin, Dominion Weapon Package, and Lights Out Player Card Background. The second weekend brings the War Machine Vehicle Skin, Bat Company Dog Tag, and the Striking Distance Weapon Package.

The beta supports 64-player battles, and the class system is making a comeback. To enlist for the Battlefield 6 beta, you have two main options. If you've signed up for Battlefield Labs (DICE's pre-release feedback program) before July 31, 2025, you automatically get early access starting August 7. No code is needed; simply log in with the EA Account registered with Battlefield Labs.

For those not in Battlefield Labs, you can earn an Early Access Beta Code by watching the official Battlefield 6 Multiplayer Reveal Event or creators streaming in the Battlefield 6 Twitch category for one hour before August 1, 2025. This grants access to the early access period August 7-8.

After early access ends, the beta will be available to all on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Steam, Epic Games Store, and the EA app for PC through free download during two weekends: August 9-10 and August 14-17, 2025.

Regarding crossplay, while the official announcement does not explicitly confirm Battlefield 6 beta crossplay support, given the beta's availability across multiple platforms and the trend of modern Battlefield titles to include crossplay functionality, it is likely that Battlefield 6 supports crossplay in the beta.

Battlefield Studios, a group of multiple studios, are contributing to the development of Battlefield 6. The game is claimed to offer unreal levels of destruction and is being developed to be the most impressive entry yet in the series.

Finally, Battlefield 6 is set for release on October 10. The beta can be preloaded as early as August 4. So, mark your calendars and get ready to join the action!
