Jaguar Classic Revives Iconic E-Type for 50th Anniversary
Jaguar Classic has crafted two extraordinary E-Type Commemorative cars to mark the 50th anniversary of the last original model leaving the factory. These continuation cars, not for sale, are available on a made-to-order basis.
The E-Type, renowned as one of the most beautiful cars ever made, now lives again through Jaguar Classic's skilled hands. Each car boasts a 3.8-liter straight-six engine with electronic fuel injection and a five-speed manual transmission, offering a blend of vintage power and modern performance.
Despite their period-correct appearance, these E-Types come with modern features like a Bluetooth stereo and heated windscreen. The interiors are a symphony of luxury, upholstered in Bridge of Weir leather with handcrafted leather inserts and bespoke details by Deakin & Francis, a jeweler established in 1786. The exterior paint jobs, Signet Green and Opal Black, are complemented by chrome-finished Curly Hub-style wheels and custom emblems.
Only two examples of the Jaguar Classic E-Type Commemorative exist, each a testament to Jaguar's commitment to preserving its iconic heritage. Interested parties can commission their own continuation cars, ensuring the legend of the E-Type lives on.
