The tech world is abuzz with rumours about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 FE. Here's what we know so far.
According to reliable sources, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is expected to launch globally, including in India, towards the end of September 2025. Reports suggest that the device will be the final addition to Samsung's Galaxy S25 lineup, following the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra models.
The Galaxy S25 FE is rumoured to boast a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display, with a 1080p+ panel and a variable refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. The display is also said to be protected by a Gorilla Glass Victus+ protective layer.
In terms of photography, the Galaxy S25 FE is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup. The primary rear camera is rumoured to be a 50MP sensor, while the ultrawide sensor and the telephoto lens are expected to be 12MP sensors, the latter offering 3x optical zoom. The device is also rumoured to have a 12MP front camera.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 FE is expected to be powered by the Exynos 2400 processor. It is also expected to have up to 512GB of onboard storage and an Armour Aluminium frame. The device is rumoured to support IP68 water and dust resistance, 45W wired charging, and dual speakers.
The Galaxy S25 FE is expected to weigh 190g and have a thickness of 7.4mm. It is also expected to run on Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box.
While the exact launch dates for the Galaxy S25 FE are not available yet, it is expected to follow Samsung's pattern of releasing the FE (Fan Edition) version about a year after the previous generation FE, similar to last year’s Galaxy S24 FE release in September 2024.
