MSI's COMPUTEX 2025 Exhibition Highlights: Titanium Graphics Processing Units, Artificial Intelligence Assistant, and 500Hz Gaming Monitors Steal the Hardware Spotlight

At Computex 2025, Micro-Star International (MSI) unveiled a host of exciting innovations, highlighting their commitment to integrating AI, advancing display technology, improving thermal solutions, and expanding into electric vehicle (EV) technology.

AI-Optimized Laptop and EV Charging Technologies

MSI introduced the MSI Prestige 16 AI+ Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Limited Edition laptop, a powerful workhorse featuring an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor and a built-in Neural Processing Unit (NPU). This laptop automatically optimises performance profiles for tasks like presentations, editing, and conferencing, without the need for manual tuning.

In the realm of EV charging, MSI presented new strategies that aim to improve efficiency and user experience. Advanced charging station hardware and an EV charging management software platform were showcased, setting the stage for a more sustainable future.

QD-OLED Monitor and Next-Gen Liquid Cooling

The MAG 272QP QD-OLED X50 monitor, MSI's first 27-inch 2K esports monitor, was revealed. This cutting-edge display, using Samsung's third-gen QD-OLED panel, offers superior colour accuracy and contrast, enhancing the visual experience significantly.

MSI also launched the MPG CORELIQUID P13 360 / WHITE, a new all-in-one liquid cooler designed for easy installation with a minimalist, toolless design. This cooler offers compatibility with both Intel and AMD platforms and a customizable 2.1" LCD display that can show system stats, images, videos, or GIFs.

Custom Graphics Cards and AI-Assisted Customer Support

MSI unveiled new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 custom graphics cards, targeting gamers and high-performance users. Additionally, MSI introduced MIA, a voice bot that serves as a tech advisor and AI-powered product specialist, at Computex 2025.

MSI's presence at Computex 2025 emphasised smarter ecosystems, with AI-assisted customer support, cooler designs that adapt to real-world usage, and themed builds that celebrate internet culture.

Smarter Cooling Systems and Modular PCs

One of the most intriguing innovations was the CYCLONE VISUAL GPU, which turns the cooling system into a display, with real-time video playback integrated into the fan itself. MSI also showcased the Cubi NUC AI, a modular, fanless, and impressively quiet PC, suitable for office and studio setups.

Themed PC Builds and Flagship Products

MSI partnered with IRONMOUSE, a member of the VShojo group, to release a themed PC with custom versions of a motherboard, cooler, and monitor. MSI also launched the MEG MAESTRO 900 case, MEG X870E ACE motherboard, and MEG CORELIQUID E13 cooler as part of its flagship MEG lineup at Computex 2025.

The MAG 272QP QD-OLED X50 monitor features an OLED Care 3.0 system, powered by a CMOS sensor, which tracks ambient brightness and usage to mitigate burn-in and extend OLED panel lifespan. The Cubi NUC AI is one of the first compact PCs ready for Microsoft's Copilot experience, designed for AI acceleration, energy efficiency, and tight spaces.

MSI's new concepts offer a preview of where PC hardware is going, with AI integration becoming a design principle. The CORELIQUID E13, a new AiO cooler from MSI, features a 6-inch LCD displaying real-time stats or custom visuals.

These innovations highlight MSI's focus on integrating AI into workflows, advancing display tech with QD-OLED, improving thermal solutions for PCs, and expanding into EV technology at Computex 2025. MSI continues to push the boundaries of technology, offering solutions that cater to the evolving needs of users in the digital age.
