New 'OMDZHET 03' UAV Sets Records for Range and Endurance
Residents of the Omsk region have been advised to expect unmanned aerial vehicles in the sky. This follows the presentation of a new record-breaking model, the 'OMDZHET 03', by local company ROSPROEKT.
The 'OMDZHET 03' is an enhanced version of its predecessors, 'OMDZHET 01' and 'OMDZHET 02', which have been employed in geodesy, cartography, and construction. The new model boasts an impressive flight range of up to 320 kilometers, stretching from Omsk to the neighboring city of Petropavlovsk.
One of the most notable improvements is its endurance. The 'OMDZHET 03' can remain airborne for up to five hours without needing to recharge, setting a new standard for its class. This significant increase in flight time is attributed to its improved aerodynamics and innovative power system. The director of ROSPROEKT, Valery Yaromoshik, highlighted the time and resource savings this feature brings.
The unmanned aerial vehicle requires no special infrastructure and can launch from any platform. It is designed for monitoring large objects, creating accurate maps and 3D models, and gathering data for environmental monitoring and agriculture. The 'OMDZHET 03' is already primed for mass production.
ROSPROEKT's 'OMDZHET 03' has set new benchmarks for unmanned aerial vehicles with its extended range and endurance. With its versatile applications and efficient design, the 'OMDZHET 03' is poised to make a significant impact in various industries.
