OLX has enhanced its customer service with a real-time chat solution, powered by GUURU's Expert Community Advice. This innovative tool, combining AI and community support, has been successfully implemented in OLX Ukraine and Poland, following its positive reception in other European markets.

OLX, the global online classifieds platform founded in 2006, serves hundreds of millions of users monthly, offering services like car sales, housing, and jobs. To improve customer support, OLX has partnered with GUURU Solutions to implement a live chat solution.
