The deal was in the works after Nick Vertucci was shafted by the company in October due to numerous sexual harassment claims. "Julia from Palmdale," a regular player on Hustler Casino Live, ignited the fire, airing her grievances against Vertucci via social media. Veronica Brill, who used to co-host Vertucci's Nick Vertucci Show podcast, later reinforced the accusations, producing evidence in the form of screenshots of text conversations.
Julia followed up by sharing screenshots of her text conversations with Vertucci, revealing an instance of him repeatedly discussing her chest while discussing her possible participation in the night's stream.
According to Feldman, once Vertucci was forced to step down from day-to-day operations, it was only a matter of time before he sold his stake in the company.
"Ultimately, Nick was able to hammer out a deal with the top bidder," Feldman said. "It also turned out to be the best deal for our company and for myself as well. I was pleasantly surprised to hear NSUS Group Inc. was the company that was going to acquire his shares."
