Pre-Conference Briefing for MWC25 held in Barcelona
MWC25 Barcelona: Key Highlights Unveiled at Pre-Event Press Conference
The countdown to the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, Spain, is well underway. The event, organised by the GSMA, is scheduled to take place from the 3rd to the 6th of March, and the pre-event press conference was held on the 29th of January.
The GSMA's Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Director General, Mats Granryd, and the Chief Marketing Officer, Lara Dewar, were present at the conference. However, no specific details about the key highlights were revealed during the press conference.
What we do know is that some of the expected highlights will include the showcasing of innovative 5G technology. Askey, a notable exhibitor, will present solutions for 5G private networks and advanced 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technologies at the event.
Moreover, ETSI, another partner at MWC25, will host sessions and webinars related to connectivity technologies.
