As a UX Researcher, you'll be part of a community of approximately 40 UX researchers, embedded directly within product lines to gather the greatest insights to impact customers. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, designing, and conducting high-impact research on customer experiences across the customer lifecycle. You'll guide and influence stakeholders across the organization by effectively communicating research insights and recommendations.

You'll also analyze large datasets to identify patterns in customer behavior and partner with the Product Leadership Team. The UX Researcher will work closely with a diverse group of over 200 product designers, content designers, researchers, and design ops folks who build consumer-grade experiences while solving enterprise-level problems.

HubSpot offers a competitive compensation package. The cash compensation range for the UX Researcher role is $210,000 to $336,000 annually. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, stock options, and flexible time off.
