Geely and Zeekr Unveil New Electric Vehicles
In the world of automotive innovation, Chinese automaker Geely Holding continues to make waves. On September 29, Geely is set to launch the Zeekr 9X, a plug-in hybrid luxury SUV that promises to redefine the industry.
Meanwhile, Geely has also announced the Geely Galaxy M9 PHEV, a plug-in hybrid vehicle with a starting price of 25,800 USD. Details about the size and design of the Galaxy M9 PHEV are yet to be revealed, but what we do know is that it boasts an impressive maximum range of 1,505 km.
Geely's portfolio extends beyond these two models. The company is also the manufacturer of the Englon TXN London Taxi, a concept vehicle that is larger and boasts a different design compared to the original. The TXN London Taxi, like the Galaxy M9 PHEV and the Zeekr 9X, is a plug-in electrical vehicle. The TXN London Taxi, currently a concept, measures 4300mm in length, 1800mm in width, and 1600mm in height.
In addition to these launches, Geely's sub-brand Lynk & Co is opening pre-sales for refreshed 07 EM-P and 08 EM-P PHEV models, which will feature LiDAR technology.
It's worth noting that Geely Holding is the manufacturer behind the Englon TXN London Taxi and the Geely Galaxy M9 PHEV, as well as the Zeekr brand. The company's diverse portfolio showcases its commitment to innovation and variety in the automotive industry.
Looking back, Geely's journey began at the Beijing Auto Show in 2010, where it showcased its first vehicles. Since then, the company has grown exponentially, becoming a significant player in the global automotive industry.
As we look forward to the launch of the Zeekr 9X, it's clear that Geely Holding is at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of automotive design and technology.
