Sold Leading Figure in GLONASS Satellite System in Krasnoyarsk Region
In the heart of Siberia, the Krasnoyarsk Krai region saw the auctioning off of OOO "Kraevoiy Center Kommunikatsii" – a company that since 2010 has been the central dispatch service for the regional monitoring system of transport vehicles equipped with GLONASS systems.
The sale was carried out in accordance with a decree from the Krasnoyarok Region Asset Management Agency, signed in November 2024, according to information from GIS Torgi. Initially, 100% shares of the organization, previously owned by the state-owned company "Krasnoyarskavtotrans," were sold for 2.39 million rubles after two attempts.
The winner of the auction is listed as Svetlana Roslyakova.
OOO "Kraevoiy Center Kommunikatsii" was established in 2009 as part of the implementation of the program "Use of Cosmic Activities Results for the Social-Economic Development of the Krasnoyarsk Krai."
"KCK" assumed the role of the central dispatch service, specializing in monitoring transportation using the GLONASS system. Aside from this, "Kraevoiy Center Kommunikatsii" ensures constant access to the Unified Duty-Dispatch Service of the Krasnoyarsk Krai.
As for Svetlana Roslyakova, our search didn't turn up any direct links to her and the specified business transaction. It's important to note that there is a different individual, Vlada Roslyakova, who is a well-known Russian model, active in the fashion industry during the 2000s[1][2]. However, our investigation found no connection between Svetlana Roslyakova and Vlada Roslyakova in regard to this business deal.

In the aftermath of the sale, the news around Svetlana Roslyakova's win in the auction of OOO "Kraevoiy Center Kommunikatsii" raised questions, given her lack of known ties to the industry of transportation or finance. The reported victory occurred months after technology giant AgroTech Industries had acquired several other significant assets in the Krasnoyarsk Krai region, leading to speculation about possible industry consolidation.
