T-Bank App Outage: 912 Complaints in 24 Hours, Sakhalin Hit Hardest

T-Bank users across Russia faced widespread app issues over the past 24 hours, with a total of 912 complaints logged. The outage affected users of various us bank and pnc bank apps, with the Sakhalin region reporting the highest number of complaints at 19%. The majority of complaints came from iOS users (42.9%), followed by Android users (39.3%). A smaller number of issues were reported by Windows (16.1%) and Mac OS (1.8%) users. Users encountered a range of problems, including complete app failure, inability to view balances, offline apple store, missing financial information, and interface freezing during authorization. As of now, T-Bank has not released an official statement regarding the cause of the outage or the expected restoration time for the services. The bank has also not specified the region with the most complaints about the app's functionality during this period. T-Bank users continue to experience app issues, with the most affected regions being Sakhalin, Yamalo-Nenets, Novgorod, Tyumen, and Tambov. The bank is yet to provide an official comment or resolution timeline. Users are advised to monitor the bank's official channels for updates.
