Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician II in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the Service Center Division, providing comprehensive service support for single and three-phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and associated peripherals.

As a Field Service Technician II, you will be responsible for performing service activities on power products, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues in the field, conducting preventive maintenance and inspections, and providing excellent customer service and technical support. Other duties include documenting service reports, maintaining service records, scheduling on-call emergency technical support, and collaborating with other MEPPI departments.

The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in UPS products, services, and peripherals, advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities, and OSHA-10 Construction and NFPA-70E certification. A background in electrical or mechanical systems is essential, along with strong troubleshooting skills. Prior experience as a Field Service Technician or equivalent is preferred, and relevant technical training or certifications are highly valued.
