Neil Armstrong, a broadcasting veteran with a lifelong passion for the industry, has been promoted to Senior Director of Sales, U.S. and Canada, at Telos Alliance. This promotion is a significant milestone in Armstrong's career, which spans over four decades. Armstrong's career advice for aspiring broadcasters would likely include his early exposure to the field, starting with listening to WBZ and WRKO on the car radio and in his grandfather's restaurant, and a field trip to WBCN in Boston. Armstrong's love for broadcasting has remained strong throughout his career, as he stated, "I love it as much now as I did back then." Before his career in radio and broadcast equipment manufacturing, Armstrong worked at several Boston-area radio stations both on-air and in operations, using a transistor radio and making airchecks on a boombox in the 1980s.
