In January 2025, he also took on the role of chief quality officer.
As CEO, Filosa will retain his oversight of Stellantis’ North American operations and American brands, emphasising the importance of regional leadership and customer-focused strategies. Since his appointment as COO, Americas in December 2024, Filosa has initiated the strengthening of U.S. operations. During his tenure as COO of South America, the FIAT brand gained a market-leading position, and growth was seen in the Peugeot, Citroën, Ram, and Jeep brands.
