Vinlivt obtains €3.5 million in funding
The Munich-based startup, Vinlivt, has recently completed a seed round, raising €3.5 million in capital. This sum is bolstered by an additional €700,000 in state-funded innovation support, bringing the total investment to €4.2 million.
Founded in 2022, Vinlivt's platform is already being used by over 500 intermediaries and more than 50,000 end customers. The startup aims to establish itself as a technological infrastructure connecting financial distributors, insurers, and banks with their customers.
The focus of Vinlivt's platform expansion is on improving communication between advisors and end customers. The advisory processes are being designed to run entirely digitally, with the main goal being to create more time for customers.
With the fresh capital, Vinlivt is expanding its platform to serve the growing demand from large distributors and insurers. The largest customers the company aims to acquire after raising capital are major financial distributors, large insurance companies, and banks as enterprise clients. The platform is expanding into the wealth management area, including API-based solutions from Evergreen.
Vinlivt offers a financial app for digital customer management. Artificial intelligence is being used to automate the back office, increasing efficiency. The company is also developing its own REST API for easy integration with third-party systems.
The expansion is supported by international venture capital investors, the fintech ecosystem Tenity, a family office, and strategic angel investors such as Christian Schwalb, Olaf Zöftig, Andreas Kötterheinrich, and Marcus Knispel.
The goal is to increase the everyday relevance of Vinlivt's solution and enhance measurable customer value. The company is onboarding the first enterprise customers with the expanded platform, with the aim of modernizing customer communication and digitalizing advisory processes for these clients.
As Vinlivt continues to grow and evolve, it is poised to become a key player in the digital transformation of the financial industry.
