Mark Bethke, with over 25 years of strategic, operational, and financial leadership experience, will focus on population health management, value-based care initiatives, financial strategy, and integrated care model transformation. His expertise extends to building and leading teams, including a value-based care practice and an actuarial practice.
Amit Mehta, a Partner at the firm, is a trusted C-suite advisor known for helping clients expand into untapped markets and improve performance through technology. With over 15 years of experience advising payers, with a focus on Medicare-related initiatives, Mehta will lead efforts to scale the firm's Health insurance business. He will also be responsible for modernizing back-office, enrollment, and contact center functions.
Patricia Neumann, with over 28 years of experience at IBM and since 2023 at Siemens Austria, plays a key role in digital transformation and growth in IoT services and industrial digitization at the firm.
