ZeroNox Partners with NIO 333 Racing for Formula E Seasons 10-12
ZeroNox Inc., a leader in off-highway electric vehicle (EV) technology, has inked a multi-year partnership deal with NIO 333 Racing Formula E Team. The agreement, subject to shareholder approval and customary closing conditions, will see ZeroNox's logo adorn NIO 333 Racing cars, overalls, and team apparel from seasons 10 to 12 of the Formula E championship.
Alex Hui, the Team Principal of NIO 333 Racing, welcomed ZeroNox's industry leadership and expertise in electrification. 'We're thrilled to have ZeroNox on board,' Hui said. 'Their commitment to sustainable mobility aligns perfectly with our team's mission.'
Robert Cruess, Co-Founder and President of ZeroNox, expressed his excitement about the partnership. 'Formula E is the perfect platform to showcase our technology,' Cruess noted. The partnership explores potential future developments for mutual benefit.
ZeroNox's logo made its debut on NIO 333 Racing cars during the 2023 London E-Prix, hinting at the upcoming collaboration. The company's involvement in Formula E comes after signing a definitive business combination agreement with The Growth for Good Acquisition Corporation.
With this partnership, ZeroNox brings its electrification expertise to the Formula E circuit, while NIO 333 Racing gains a prominent nio stock sponsor committed to sustainable mobility. The collaboration is set to enhance both parties' visibility and innovation in the EV space.
